8th Sept 2016 Daily Sense with Dr. Kinyanjui Nganga – Are you a Visionary Leader?

✨Vision is the source of all human motivation. Vision keeps us going through all seasons of life. The vision of a leader helps him/her focus on the finishing line not present circumstances.

✨When your destiny is crystal clear, there is power in the present for any challenge that comes your way.

✨Your vision determines how far you’ll go. You’ll never rise beyond your vision. What you see is your limiting factor.

✨Vision attracts resources. People invest in a vision. If they are not investing in you maybe you haven’t clarified your vision. Stop chasing after money, clarify your vision.

✨Like a magnet, vision keeps us focused and dictates the choice of our friends, hobbies, values, books, to-do-list and lifestyle in general.

✨All true visions are tested for authenticity. Visions are tested when the terrain gets rough. The non-visionary quit. True visions endure the test of time.

✨When you have a genuine vision, you can easily be hated by your brothers. Don’t expose yourself to negativity lest it sinks in your system.

✨As a leader, articulate your vision. It is President Mandela who wrote, “If I talk to a man in a language he understands, it goes to his head; if I speak in his own language, it goes to his heart.”

✨There is a need that needs your gift. If you don’t use your gift, it will be allocated to someone else so that no vacuum is created.

✨All activities of a leader should reflect the bottom line. The first assignment of a leader is to discover what he was supposed to master. When you find something treasure-able (significant) not marginal, you sell everything and pursue it. Find your place. Find your tree (purpose).

✨God didn’t reveal to Abraham his destiny until he left his corrupt system. You’ll only shine when you are within God’s purpose for your life. Only then will you have providence of His grace. Very few people find their place. Have you found your place?

✨If you haven’t found your place yet, join me at the Sense 101 Nile Cruise. (Get details from admin). Refuse guess work. Refuse 2nd guessing your life. Refuse stumbling and mopping through life broke. Invest in discovering your purpose in life and then spend your all in pursuit of that purpose.

Let’s Engage: Do you really know your tree (purpose for living)? Is your life purpose driven?
