Dr. Kinyanjui Nganga is often recognized as the leading motivational speaker, corporate trainer and conference speaker in Kenya. Having established himself in the market in 2002, Kinyanjui has been engaged by leading corporates in Kenya as a key note address speaker in topics of going concern such as Emotional Intelligence; Finishing Strong; Breaking the Glass Barrier; Optimal Performance; Rocking Your Marriage; Life-Work Balance; Eye of an Investor; Sixth Sense; Dream Killers; Personal Visioning; and Redefining Yourself among others.

In addition, various ministries of Government, NGOs and parastatals in Kenya as well as East, Central and South Africa have engaged Kinyanjui to train in Project Management; Performance Management; Change Management; Monitoring and Evaluation; Governance; Values; ethics and Pre-retirement. Over the years, reputable learning institutions and religious organizations have equally involved Dr. Kinyanjui in conferences and annual general meetings as the guest speaker.

Dr. Kinyanjui Nganga was the first Kenyan to hold a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Project Planning and Management in the country. The gifted motivational speaker did his PhD at the University of Nairobi and he holds a Master’s Degree in the same field from the same University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

Besides being a senior lecturer and a lead consultant, Kinyanjui has authored the best-selling motivational books in Kenya including: “Paradigm Shift in Parenting”; “The Power of the Spoken Word”; and “Ultimate Success”. Dr. Kinyanjui was also the first author of a practical book on devolution following the promulgation of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 going by the title: “The Formation of a County Government in Kenya”.

    Hey Sir Kinyanjui. My name is Victoria Munguti a 3rd year student at Nazarene University.I have greatly been inspired by your show at citizen TV which is posted on you tube. It made me look for some of your publications and among them was the power of the spoken word. you just confirmed to me that success is what your mind sets it to be. i have been passionate of writing a book about my life such that whenever people read it they can really realize its their high time to change. personally i have not had an easy life because my body health was a great challenge and if it were not for God i wouldn’t have been any more.
