Many people suffer from self doubt than they would care to admit. Affairs, for instance, in a number of instances stems in search for approval, acceptance, affection and affirmation. Self-doubt make victims demand compliments. Attention seeking.

Looking outside of ‘you’ rather than within ‘you’ for strength and confidence often than not is an indication of low self confidence. If you are the type that must seek for approval before changing jobs, starting a venture, engaging in a relationship or investing somewhere, you fall in the category of the majority and perhaps it is time to work on your confidence levels. Seeking advice is wisdom but seeking for approval reveals self-doubt.

If that describes you, make an appointment to meet yourself next week Friday the 7th Oct at KICC from 6pm to 8pm where we will examine, Overcome Self Doubt.

Let’s Engage: Do you find yourself seeking for approval prior to embarking in your undertakings?

Thank you,
